February #running recap: mileage climbed from 159.5 → 218.6mi (228.1 including walking). EG rose 5,206 → 5,925ft, and run time increased 30.5 → 38hrs.
This has been a strong comeback month: despite just 28 days, I hit my 208mi monthly target and cut my yearly deficit from 52.7 to 25.8mi. My VO2max also jumped 45.9 → 50.6!
I'm now just 25.8mi behind my 2,500mi yearly goal and back on track! Woodinville Half + Redmond City #Marathon up next. Onward!
