#Trump’s *Justice* Dept said Thurs that it intends to try Garcia on federal smuggling charges in Tennessee before it moves to deport him to a country that is not his native #ElSalvador.

“This defendant has been charged with *horrific crimes*, including trafficking children, & will not walk free in our country again,” DOJ propagandist Chad Gilmartin told AP.
