For those who don't know what the Minsk agreements were. In eastern Ukraine in 2014 & 2015, they were 2 laughable "peace" agreements with #Ukraine & Russia, which Putin, France & Germany helped broker.
And up until Feb 23rd 2022, Russia's occupation forces broke the ceasefire everyday & routinely moved heavy weapons into the demilitarized zone - killing & wounding #Ukrainian soldiers & civilians every week. They also routinely threatened, detained and harassed OSCE conflict monitors - and on one occasion actually killed an OSCE member.
Hence... President Zelensky doesn't want another sham Minsk-3 "peace agreement"
