Our fiction world reverses stigma: in our setting, opposite from real world, ordinary condition is positive HIV test while HIV negative people experience social and public life marginalization; out of stereotypical narration, we literally want to give stigma back to those who cause it. What mental health means to me.

Mental health became a major topic in my life when I was seven years old and the police put my dad in a psych ward because they found him in a trainyard and thought he was about to off himself

And even then, my understanding of the topic was limited. My dad definitely went through a long series of mental health crises, but he was blatantly struggling to function

And I find it rare that media captures how therapy is supposed to function

I'm chronically ill & mad. I suffer from depression, anxiety and a lesion on my lower back. I'm on treatment for all, but I need to take breaks often and not overexert myself.

i graduated as a power systems engineer, and since that, i have been exploring all sorts of farming hacks, specially those related to agroforestries and permaculture.
