So an insurance company gatekeeper who identified themself as a nurse told me, an oncologist, that they didn’t need to provide an oncologist to review my patient’s denial, that “any of their doctors” could do so

So I asked them if they or their loved one were diagnosed with cancer, did that mean they wouldn’t want to see an oncologist (cancer specialist), as “any doctor” would do?
