We are making good progress with refactoring Instagram Import to support archives of any age.
The reason we had to temporarily disable it is because Instagram has been purposely changing the schema of exports to make it more difficult for us to process.
We are leveraging some clever techniques to determine the schema for every archive, and look forward to shipping this early next week!

Künftig will #Meta auch die Inhalte von deutschen Nutzer*innen als Trainingsmaterial für die eigene künstliche Intelligenz verwenden. Auch Bilder, Stories, Bildunterschriften oder Nachrichten sollen Meta AI beim Lernen helfen.
Die Benutzer*innen werden aber nicht um Zustimmung gefragt. Und widersprechen kann man nur umständlich und nur bei Facebook und Instagram, bei Whatsapp gar nicht. 🤯
Am 27. Mai wird Meta beginnen, mit den Daten all jener Nutzer zu trainieren, die bis dahin nicht widersprochen haben. Datenschützer hatten versucht, diese Datensammlung zu verhindern.

Höchste Zeit Meta nicht mehr zu nutzen, die Konten + Dienste zu löschen + deinstallieren, und zu Alternativen zu wechseln:

Desinstalar o app do #instagram, além de cortar o barato da Meta com o lance da espionagem no telefone, trouxe outro benefício (talvez o mais importante de todos): eu quase não acesso mais essa rede social. A experiência do Instagram pelo navegador é terrível. Só de pensar em abrir o site dá muita preguiça.

Yesterday, *they* forced one of the world’s most followed #TikTok and #Instagram users (#KhabyLame) to self deport because he flew into Vegas for an event, and his Italian visa was expired by 2 days. So they denied entrance, and gave him the option to immediately self deport. He did.
The kids (under 25) are LIVID. The reaction is intense. Moreso than the reaction to LA. This is going to be the issue that wakes them up to how severe the situation really is.
