11 minutes of yoga for runners.
20 minutes of strength training.
16.6 KM of #Running (-22°C, -28 windchill, 70% humidity, and 7 KM/H wind).
Shifted our bed/wake time by half an hour in advance of the time change this weekend to attempt some mitigation.
Good workouts and a lovely if chilly run on a old route with some room to grow with the longest run of the year so far, even managed 6ish km on the Rideau Canal Skateway. Sadly, Beavertails hut was closed (too early). #IceBeard
