But in this case, I think the phonetic similarity speaks volumes to who she is and why we are so excited about her.
We’ve all heard the phrase “karma is a bitch”. It’s one case where the B word is 100% positive. When what goes around finally comes around, the perpetrator, the con man, the thief, the scumbag finally gets their due.
For those of us old enough to have been marinating in the injustice clear back to when McGovern was shafted by the Eagleton affair, not to mention the rapid decline since Reagan took over, to finally have someone who isn’t just talking about these things, but who embodies them by virtue of the fact of who she is, it’s very refreshing, indeed.
