Forgot to post last weeks greeknotes! A cold but sunny week in athens featuring a protest in Petralona, the Benaki museum, traversing athens on foot through parts unknown, the acropolis, plaka and exarcheia. Also probably more souvlaki than is healthy.
New greeknotes! Storms again! A fatal one it turned out. A slightly disappointing week of indoor pursuits, consumerism (monitor arm! new shoes!), kafenions in iraklio, petralona and pefki.
New greeknotes! Beers at Barrett bar with une amie française I'd not seen in a decade, bangers & mash, living on Plato's ancient estate, and dogsitting cinnamon.
New greeknotes! Athens in spring. Three bars, two greek classes, and one trip to the beach in the bag/dans le sac/μεσα στο τσαντα.

New greeknotes! I failed to write my greeknotes last week, through a mix of idleness and not really doing much of note. So!
Starting in-person Greek lessons, an extreme old man bar, mein running shoe kampf, and a load of food and drink.
New greeknotes! My first Saronic island. A bank holiday spent on the island of Aegina. Temples, food, deserted beaches, mountains, friends, sunshine, and an impressive amount of pistachio produce.
