The kids wanted to play Minecraft together and I nearly flipped tables after dealing with the launcher/ M$ account shit etc. for 2 minutes. 🤯 Just NO. But.. It took me 5 minutes to learn Minetest / Luanti exists, download and run two copies, create a LAN game on one notebook and join it on another. Great experience.. zero bullshit - just a folder with the game files, a client.exe - Zen! 😌 Thanks to @Luanti and all the people working on this! 💙

Offline we're playing Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance, Hades II, and Raidou Remastered. One of us is clean their house and restocking food after a long trip.
I've played so many games that in case i'd see a human corpse in real life, my natural instinct would be to loot it.
I'm gonna make a prediction. The #NintendoSwitch 2 will either not have proper backwards compatibility, or if it does, #Nintendo will pay wall it.
Realised in talking with friends that #academia is basically Mario Party. A game with arbitrary rules where you’re forced to compete for coins and stars. It’s 40% skill and 60% luck and you can stack the odds in your favour a bit through early success. Everything that happens feels intensely personal. #gaming
