Oh, it's also #FediforumFriday which reminds me that folks should check out talks from #Fedicon a couple of weekends ago! and also, get tickets for the next #Fediforum coming up in October. https://fediforum.org/news/2025-08-06-fediforum-fall-announced/

The recordings of the keynotes, and the movie premiere, from FediForum June 2025 are now online.
You can find them from https://fediforum.org/, our PeerTube https://spectra.video/@fediforum and YouTube https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLlI78hhgYh_oSg8Wws2m66YuRObWa7lJf channels.
For another #FediforumFriday I want to give a shout-out to a nice tool for creating threads on Mastodon - Splinter https://splinter.hastily.cc/
I used this yesterday for the first time, to post a series of updates about the videos from PublicSpaces last week. Useful stuff, and added to my list of power tools.
In exciting #FediForumFriday news that technically was last Friday but it was so close to the wire I'm sharing anyway, @fediforum got their keynotes and demos uploaded along with the notes from June's #FediForum so you can go and check out all the amazing things that happened there for free: https://fediforum.org/2025-06/ .
It's #FediForumFriday- your reminder to check in with projects you're excited about, ask for or offer help, or just chat with the folks you met and refresh the joy and motivation you felt at #FediForum.
Sneaking in a quick #FediforumFriday post! I’m really interested in https://wanderer.to/ which is a trails database / app that federates. Would be great to have them demo at a future #Fediforum 🤞🏻
My #FediforumFriday update this week is that I've been tinkering around at the MVP end of the fediverse, trying out projects like #snac (and also, honk). I really need to write some of these experiences down somewhere! Also, preparing for my talk at #FrOSCON next weekend.
What are you looking at that's interesting and #fediverse-related right now?
