<p>I've finished: Lives of Bitter Rain by Adrian Tchaikovsky</p><p>Lives of Bitter Rain starts strong, as we witness Angilly's childhood trauma and see her develop her skills.</p><p>But eventually it just becomes a superfluous prequel. <p>I've finished: Anima Rising by Christopher Moore</p><p>Christopher Moore is back with a novel that is more appealing to me, despite the very high quantity of crude sexual jokes.
