Duran Duran's "Rio" came out more than 40 years ago, and people have speculated ever since about who inspired the cover artwork, which was created by illustrator Patrick Nagel. Consequence explains that a Nagel fan finally tracked it down to a Vogue Paris 1981 cover featuring model Marcie Hunt.
