#diet trends are always so dumb.
Like the paleo diet, which claims eating raw meat and #food is good for you, and the way it's meant to be.
Cooking food is why humans became humans.
It takes a HUGE amount of calories to digest raw food, which is important before food stability.
A brain uses a GIANT amount of calories, so by cooking food, calories were made available to develop a larger brain.
So it's less a paleo diet, and more a Homo Erectus diet.
