I heard via @Alice that it’s #DoorsDay so here’s my share. I took this photo about 2 hours before the pretty green grass I shared in my earlier post. It’s in Coatesville, PA. Anyone familiar with that old old city? If so speak up—this place is an incredible historic site I hope is being restored. So I’ll not name it yet to see if anyone knows. Very old wood door with rusted antique strap hinges and small viewing panel of 6 small square panes is installed above the handle. It’s very crude, weathered and warped. The entrance is at the corner inside a long straight wall of the building to left, unseen, and a curving wall to the right. Building is made of mortared blocks of stone. An old asphalt sidewalk or parking pavement is almost crumbled up leading to the door. It looks sinister but maybe used to be magnificent before decades of decay.
