I've come to love all the clovers. They look ordinary from a distance but they have all these intricacies up close. This one is trifolium hybridum, or alsike clover.

I was walking to work this morning and I ran into my son who was cycling to work, and we both smiled spontaneously so big. It was such a genuine happy surprise. A nice way to start the day. And here's some of the scenery from the walk.
