My in-laws do not know not to send us flowers. Yes, there are the normal concerns about cat-friendly plants and so forth, but the biggest problem is that Dolores is obsessed with them. She gets so excited around them that she has to be supervised. #CatsOfMastodon

She was a kitten in the feral #cat colony while I was trying to catch Mr Darcy.
One day she would *not let me leave* - every time I walked off, she would run in front and sit on my feet.
I could.. just scoop this kitty under my arm and take her home?
(I didn't - scared she might jump away as I crossed the road. Went home for a crate)
She was still there, waiting. And let me put her in/carry her without a squeak.

T-Lo, The Little One, is a TNR cat who was released, and later had an accident which resulted in the amputation of her back right leg. She was saved by a local rescuer, and then came to live with us.
