A few weeks ago my 17 year old cat decided it was time to co-opt my tea table.

Since then, I’ve been slowly reclaiming it while she sleeps. My plan is now complete! Muahaha!

The middle of her back is auburn in the sun that streams through. Placed carefully in the little open spaces are tea candles, two tea mugs, and a teapot on a warmer. They have been tucked in around Pippin when she sleeps.

Cuddling my elderly cat, a little heartbroken as a friend prepares to rehome his furball due to unforeseen circumstances.

I got my grandma cat when she was 11 years old, and she is 16 now (an age where every day is a blessing).

Adopting an elderly cat is not the most popular or easiest choice, but now is the time to remind folks that it is still worth it despite the short years.

For the first time in months, I forced myself to get off the f—ing computer and go for a f—ing walk, where I met this little guy...

If at all possible, go outside sometime...
