Today through Wed. will be 90° – 95° F here in Bristol, RI; my primary job is the comfort and safety of my beloved Lola Falafel.

Damn the utility bill; I’ve got two AC units running (studio and living room) and several fans.

It also helps to close the blinds, following the direct sunlight’s arc from east to south to west.

Mid-70° weather will be welcome, coming Thursday. I’ve promised Lola I’ll take her out to the back yard in her new pet cage when it’s cooler.

Beautiful Lola, staying low to the ground where the cool air collects.

She’s a classic tabby, with grey/brown fur and striking green/gold eyes.

She’s on a throw rug that’s as close as I could find to the one featured in “The Big Lebowski;”

it really ties the room together.

So, Camo is supposedly a feral cat. But he's the most gentle cat I've ever seen in my life: he's super careful to not scratch me, and his love bites are weaker than a kitten's. So he goes fully belly up for me, constantly wants to scratch his face on mine etc. We have petting sessions 2-3 times a day, for 10-15 minutes each time. He's unhappy if I'm not there on time.

I love Camo! He left me no choice! I need to bring him inside.
