Lola had her first trip outside to the back yard today!
She really seemed to enjoy herself – and she was very alert and curious.
We have coyotes in the area, and lots of traffic nearby … there’s no way I’d ever let her out to run around on her own … I have nightmares about it.
But she loves looking out the window, and now that we have this pet cage, I thought I might start taking her outdoors for a little time in the shade.
She handled it well!
Since moving in a few weeks ago my partner has found herself firmly beneath the cat in the household hierarchy. Here Cat Benatar’s impatience for morning scritches reaches boiling point.
Pax is a proven multi-tasker. She can watch the birds and look out for the wandering marauders at the same time.😄
