I’m a smidge early for <a href="/tags/caturday/" rel="tag">#Caturday</a>, but whatevs. My sib Tidy adopted my own silver tabby’s twin brother, and he is even more comical than my nutjob queen! <a href="/tags/cats/" rel="tag">#cats</a>

Hard to describe this. Picture a big gas stove with a hood fan over it. A grey tabby is sitting on one of the (offline) burners, reaching up to and connecting with the hood fan with his front arms— a distance of at least 2 feet— all while still resting on his haunches. He forms a perfect column, exposing his handsomely spotted ventral area.

I joined <a href="/tags/mastodon/" rel="tag">#mastodon</a> last week, on a whim, with no idea what to expectMinutes later, I was welcomed by <a href="https://turtleisland.social/@dillyd" class="u-url mention" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">@dillyd</a> which has never happened on any other platform and was a wonderful introduction.
