Kinda effed up thing I just discovered about #BookWyrm

You can add a link to a book to help people go find a copy of it. Bookwyrm.social has blocked amazon.com links ⁉️

I get that there are good reasons to dislike amazon, but it's still where most people get their ebooks and I wouldn't be surprised if it was also where most people get their books.

Plus if they supported amazon links they could always rewrite them to use an affiliate code and support the site hosting costs.

Weird.
