Rated Low-Mileage Running: A Short Guide to Running Faster, Injury Free 6/10

Relatively good and very short book about running less.<br/><br/>I agree with the running less part.<br/>I do not agree that it has to be based on mileage. For me, running has (almost) always to be based on time. <br/><br/>And I think he (Aaron, the author) recommends that we run too intensely.<br/><br/>I, instead, recommend Phil Maffetone's books.

Demorei bastante para finalizar este livro mas fiquei espantado com a qualidade do trabalho da autora. Ela cobre vários aspectos da questão das gorduras na dieta. Difícil ler e não ficar convencido de que queijos, manteiga e carnes gordas fazem sim parte de uma dieta saudável.

Este livro surgiu de um despretensioso perfil no Twitter, que depois passou a postar longos textos no Medium e agora também está no Instagram.<br/><br/>A ideia inicial era criticar as bobagens que "coaches" e entusiastas do empreendorismo falam. O livro é perfeito nesta parte. Além de criticar, fornece referências para quem quiser se aprofundar mais nestas críticas. Gostei muito que o autor menciona Nassim Nicholas Taleb várias vezes no livro.<br/><br/>Como bônus, o autor ainda fornece, no final, várias sugestões para quem quer abrir seu negócio. Ou seja, não é um livro anti empreendedorismo. É um livro contra quem quer lucrar passando a ideia de que empreender é fácil.

You can basically highlight each and every sentence in this book because it is boiled down to the very essence. Beautiful, fast read.

I still have to process what I have just read, but this is a beautiful book.
