More of the same, really. By that I mean it's great advice with lots of examples.

Rated The Galaxy, and the Ground Within 10/10
As with the other books in the series, a very human story about some very non-human characters. The theme of having a group of people stuck in lockdown together is very timely.

I'm sad to see the end of these books, I'll definitely revisit them again.
Rated Mordew 10/10
Certainly not to everyone's taste with the unfettered weirdness and often warped imagery on display, but I loved it. From the impenetrable world-building (which the equally impenetrable 85-page glossary that's almost a book in itself did little to help with) to the Dickensian urchins, to the 'Natural Philosophy' appendix, the whole thing is a glimpse into something very 'other'.
Rated The Vesuvius Club 6/10
Expect an enjoyable romp, but little to get the synapses firing.
Finished reading The Unaccountability Machine: Why Big Systems Make Terrible Decisions - and How The World Lost its Mind
Rated Tiamat's Wrath 8/10
Took a while to get going but another good fun read in the series.
