<div>Though this is excellently written, I don't think this was for me. I was curious enough to see how it all ended, but it is not my preferred flavor of strange. The animal and body imagery are quite gross (your mileage may vary), and it all revolves around "man's pain damages woman from the point-of-view of the man." Even with the surreal way the story leads to the ending, that's a topic I find myself less interested in. I do respect the ambition and innovation happening within the writing, but I wouldn't say I enjoyed myself.</div>

<div>WOW I did not care for this one. Some interesting ideas, and yeah, all the threads do start to come together (albeit three-quarters of the way through the book), and I didn't hate everything, but this read like "Wouldn't it be cool if all this physics and space travel also included HORNY WOMEN??" <br><br>And I'm not saying it's impossible for that to be cool, but c'mon dude. We can see what you're doing here. And your book is too muddled to pull it off.<br><br>I read this because an author I like recommended Harrison as a writer, and I'm not turned off entirely, but I'm also definitely not in a hurry to read more. </div>
