刚刚一个第三方的能源公司来找我们谈合作，说备案到他们公司每年的电费能便宜15%左右，我们缴费还是交给国家电网，但是核算电费时会按他们的代理价格核算。

求助，我的梯子网页只能用手机流量打开，但连无线的电脑一直无法访问，关闭路由器再重启依然没有反应; 象友们有遇到过类似情况吗，这会不会是无线服务商把网站屏蔽了
