open live writer 用着有不满意的地方
→发现是通过 MetaWebLog API 实现的功能
→查找其他开发了 MetaWebLog 软件只有苹果专属的 MWeb ，Windows 下只有一个需要插件才能实现发布的软件，还没 open live writer 支持的功能多

这个事要说绝对正确只能说 it depends，搜相关信息一般也只能看到一些非常含糊的“有 maintenance”、“有机会成本”、“有杠杆”等让人摸不着头脑的说辞。
这回既然要写我就掰开来，从 single family house、低层公寓和高层公寓的美国十年居住经验出发，对比了 house 和 apartment 在居住体验和经济上到底哪个更适合我，到底传说中的 maintenance 有什么东西，以及一些粗略的小学生计算供参考。
