作为一个养生博主（？），尤其是这两年年纪越大越注重养生，就摘抄一些读书笔记哪怕能多唤醒一个人更注重自己的身心健康也是极好的。
本书原文名就起得一般了双关没被强调，中文翻译名真是雪上加霜，跟书里开篇就讲“不是要延长低质量寿命，而是要做好预防增加高质量生命的时间”根本就完全是两个意思。翻译质量也堪忧，也就比流传甚广的 AI 机翻版强那么一丁点，依然是词不达意需要去猜一下原文是什么帮助自己理解。书确实是被标题耽误了，内容其实还可以，不是什么养生玄学，甚至从分子生物学和生物化学角度的科普讲得篇幅都有些略多略枯燥了。话虽如此绝大多数内容还是“道理你都懂”的东西，但没一本书来系系统统来跟你整理逻辑据理说教可能真还容易忽略很多事情的重要性，就冲着万一看完能让自己重视健康付出点行动了的可能性也值得一看。

open live writer 用着有不满意的地方
→发现是通过 MetaWebLog API 实现的功能
→查找其他开发了 MetaWebLog 软件只有苹果专属的 MWeb ，Windows 下只有一个需要插件才能实现发布的软件，还没 open live writer 支持的功能多
→跺脚走了
