blackbirds

I have a blackbird who follows me round when I garden.

I’m thinking about putting an open top bird house, and maybe some sort of feeder so I can look after him a bit during the winter and maybe he’ll nest and have baby ones nearby.

I’ve called him “old mate” - he comes within a couple of meters of me and is really quite sweet 😀

Any advice/tips fedi?
