A globe-shaped light feature at the NC Arboretum which is about 4' in diameter, and mounted on a pole 10' tall. It is comprised of dozens of flatish "flowers" shapes, which are clear LED light forms, so at night this will glow and flash, and do all the annoying things LED lights now do. This is in black and white and is in front of a wooden pergola, which is casting a shadow.
