His attorneys have yet to respond.
👉🏼UPDATE: The presiding judge in Abrego Garcia's case is Waverly Crenshaw, a 2016 Obama appointee confirmed 92-0 by the Senate.
Another fact about Crenshaw? He presided over the corruption case of state Sen. Brian Kelsey — who Trump pardoned in March.
