Terminal titles display username and unread notification count
Multiple pages of pageables like DMs and home timelines can now be printed by passing an int to /next /or /prev

First new release of hell for mastodon in two months is
out!
Not a lot of changes this time I've been working on other stuff but still some
good stuff!
- /search returns pages of status search results!
- /fetch returns a single status from a search, intended for loading remote
statuses by url
- /stats no longer crashes
- use ?poll="dogs,cats" status hint to create polls
- /cat displays client info if the status has one
