I really have some catching up to do when it comes to classic 70’s and 80’s horror. This one made me feel like i should have watched it on VHS rather than BluRay, 25 years ago rather than today. Then i would have been in the target demographic and possibly this flick would have held some appeal for me. But now, it just leaves me feeling rather old and wondering what all the fuss was about. It’s a decent teen slasher flick with a few interesting visuals. I wasn’t bored by it but also don’t feel particularly compelled to explore the franchise any further.
