I started watching The Delta Force with low expectations, hoping for some solid old school action. I thought the first half hour or so was actually pretty good, with reasonably convincing performances of the terrorist plane hijackers. But once the American military macho circus started, it felt like I was watching a bunch of kids at play, accompanied by an even cheesier 1980s soundtrack, turning The Delta Force into an unintentional comedy that dragged on for too long. Sometimes cheesiness can be entertaining. Here it was just tedious.
