a review of 我自己的爱达荷

It's been ages since I saw this movie, but I remember it made me about as sleepy as River Phoenix is in it. Some directors just don't work for some film lovers. To me, Gus van Sant is an overrated director of boring, pretentious films. I found his Elephant a total waste of time. Don't get me wrong, I'm an arthouse movie enthousiast, but generally not those by Gus, sorry.
