Initial note: if you know A Tale of Two Sisters but don't know Goodnight Mommy, or vice versa, there's a potential spoiler in the following review... I watched A tale of two sisters not long after seeing Goodnight Mommy (2015), so I suspected the twist pretty soon. Nevertheless, A tale of two sisters impressed me. Apart from a few really creepy, Asian-style horror moments, I really liked the beautiful cinematography with a lot of impeccable compositions, forming another similarity to Goodnight Mommy, which obviously drew inspiration from A tale of two sisters.
