a review of 绝美之城

After watching this for about 6 minutes or so, I had felt nothing but aversion. Everything felt forced and too obviously staged. I disliked the hyperactive camera, I found the actors unconvincing, it all felt like a film that is too much in love with its stylization. Sometimes I only need less than ten minutes to know that a film isn't going to work out for me. But as that's too short for a rating, I'll leave away a rating.
