I liked it but didn't love it. This is yet another feelgood (yet ultimately tragic) take on classic coming of age comedy and dying-girl-romance tropes, almost a bit too conventional for my tastes. Its episodic structure kinda saves the film from dragging on and all of its characters are fun, flawed, offbeat and likable. As a film that first and foremost wants viewers to have a good time, it succeeds but it also doesn't add anything new or unexpected to a tried and tested genre formula.
