I Don't Feel at Home in This World Anymore (2017)

I Don't Feel at Home in This World Anymore reminded me a lot of God Bless America (2012). It falls in the social criticism category of Falling Down (1993), but I have to say I like Falling Down a lot more than God Bless America and I Don't Feel at Home in This World Anymore. I Don't Feel at Home in This World Anymore (long live copy and paste for titles like this 😉) is an odd mix of black humor, social critique and graphic gore. I thought it was entertaining, and it made me laugh a few times, mainly in the first half of the movie. But in the second half the relatively radical switch from subtle black humor to explicit violence felt a bit out of place, and gave me an uncanny feeling.
