a review of 窗子里的女巫

The Witch in the Window is an original blend of horror and a father-son relationship drama. The film feels like an indie / low-budget TV-grade production. The performances of both the father and the son are solid, I liked the subtle, almost poetic atmosphere throughout the film, and despite the fact that I predicted most of the plot developments, the film was nevertheless entertaining.
