This is a film a fifth-grade student would come up with while unsupervised, one who can't afford to incorporate an actual Frankenstein monster in whatever he comes up with, but who has access to a friends scooter, some friends eager to get their group's 60's pop singles out to an audience, and a giant shaggy monster costume. The high point was Dr. Nadir's campy style, though others may disagree.
