Vanishing Point turned out to be a remarkably timeless, thrilling ride, in the likes of Mad Max: Fury Road, but made all the way back in 1971. I loved every single minute of it — the charismatic driver, the groovy music, the reflections of the free-spirited early 1970s, the adrenalin-inducing road action shots, and the non-hypocritical, open-minded presence of drug use and nudity. Vanishing Point will be added to my all-time top 100. *salutes*
