a review of 乔

This is one of those Cage movies that reminds me why I have a soft spot for that man. He's playing his signature role of a tormented good guy, and the hillbilly atmosphere is well done and depressing. The young Tye Sheridan also deserves praise for his performance. This is not quite a feelgood movie, but sure worth watching. Welcome back, Nic. I've missed you.
