*slaps roof of movie* this baby can fit so much movie in it I think the amount of sense this movie makes really depends on the version you are watching. There are a bunch of different runtimes. It's fun. Akihiko Harata is back as a scientist to bookend the Showa era, but more of a mad scientist with a bad wig than the dignified one in Godzilla (1954). There is a lot of plaid. A lot of turtlenecks. A lot of silver lamé. A lot of explosions. A lot of plot for one movie. It's fun though. I'd still watch it again.
