A bunch of people spend a couple of nights in an old mansion where absolutely nothing out of the ordinary happens.
Meh... A rather clumsily written and executed haunted house flick that seems unsure of what it wants to be. A straightforward supernatural scarefest? A psychological thriller/drama? A satire on the 20th century parapsychology craze? It doesn't succeed as any of these things while also utterly failing to build up the necessary atmosphere that would lend it that certain gothic quality it appears to strive for. This flick is haunted by the ghost of filmmaking indecision and missed opportunities.
