i enjoyed the goofiness of this one. it's probably the best one could hope for in a sequel made over a decade after the original. the surfing scene with Peter Fonda was the best thing i have seen in awhile. Steve Buscemi is perfect for his role. not the greatest trans rep but at least it was Pam Grier. the bar is in the ground for things of that era in this regard.
