a review of 致命快感

Ever since the classic original Evil Dead, I've got a soft spot for Sam Raimi films. I love his over-the-top, almost cartoon-like direction style, with his signature experimental camera shots. The Quick and the Dead is Raimi's entertaining wink to the Spaghetti Western genre. I loved the straightforward plot, the stereotypical characters and Raimi's comic-like visual touches, such as a shadow showing a bullet hole before the victim collapses.
