Toro's very cool intro sequence formed a promising start. The first half of the film was entertaining, although conventional in terms of crime plots. The car action sequences were thrilling, and I was curious how the story would unfold. But as Toro neared the end, the protagonist's unarmed solo revenge initiative seriously injured the plot's credibility, and the film regretfully plummeted to a second-rate 1980s Steven Seagal flick.
