The second installment in the crime reporter series, this is a full-fledged crime reporter film depicting a scoop battle among crime reporters surrounding a mysterious murder and an unlicensed blood sampling service operating in the shadows of Greater Tokyo.

A young chef at a small restaurant in Asakusa, with a past conviction for breaking into a safe, defeats the evil boss and ends up marrying his lover.

Eric, an American, arrives at an international tourist hotel and loses his self-defense Colt. It was Kudaira, a beggar, who discovered it, and immediately sold it to Matsuko - another pauper. Soon, the weapon that moves from hand to hand, becomes a tool of many crimes.

Based on the original work of Yasunori Kawauchi of "Moonlight Mask", this is the second in the "Ginza Whirlwind Child (Mitsutogai)" series in which Asahi Kobayashi plays an active role in the death of a divine ghost in a skillful disguise. Takuya Nikaido appears in Kobe and approaches the mystery of the fake bill case.

Of course, before the tale is finished he is forced by the utterly nefarious, heinous villains to once again pick up a sword and join fellow anti-hero Sugawara in wiping out Evil.
