日本人气小说家榊一郎原作的幻想小说，并由其亲自负责系列构成与脚本的《拘束衣》（strait　jacket、ストレイト·ジャケット）OVA动画日前已经开始全面预定发售。《拘束衣》小说连载于《富士见fantasia文库刊》目前已发售至第9　卷，总发行量已突破40万部。《拘束衣》动画化的消息早先由东京国际映画节时传出，近日官网正式开启公布OVA动画DVD详细发售日期，ウシロシンジ将出任此作的动画监督。
故事的舞台设定是一个科学与魔法共存的世界Tristan都市，人类备受“魔族”的威胁。所以有些人开始乱用魔法，可是通常情况下仍是仅靠警察与军队用冷兵器与怪物对战。于是Tristan开始向公开机关“魔法管理局”雇用退魔专家来保障都市与人民的安全。但是好景不长，“魔法士”被魔族化的事件屡屡发生。在绝望之中，魔法监督官介绍来了一个看上去懒懒散散的男人，而且还与一个半魔族少女同居中！这个男人到底能不能解决整个事件呢？！
